Great Commission Day 2018

What an amazing family we are a part of - a movement called of God to bring the name of Jesus to the unreached peoples of the world! What a high calling - one that we can only accomplish by working together! I would like to encourage us to lean in to Great Commission Day (info below) and make a statement saying, "We push ahead, we won't shrink back, we send our blessing around the world so that all may hear the Good News of Jesus Christ!" Let's be RIDICULOUSLY GENEROUS!!

To the ends of the earth,

Great Commission Day 2018: A Privileged Commitment

If you ask an Alliance international worker how he/she views his/her job, you would likely hear something like, “I feel deeply privileged that God has invited me to serve alongside Him to gather lost, overlooked, and hurting people to Himself.” As those who send and support these workers, we feel equally privileged that God has included us in His plan to help extend the reach of the gospel into some of the most spiritually desolate regions of the world—including at-risk communities here in our own country.

Great Commission (GC) Day is a privileged commitment. It’s one of our best opportunities as His Church to advance His Kingdom here on earth. With the millions of dollars that have been raised since GC Day’s inception, thousands of souls have been released from the captivity of sin and darkness—that’s thousands more voices exalting the Lamb of God around heaven’s throne!

By now you have received your packet of GC Day 2018 materials. This May or June, please offer your congregation the opportunity to participate in the GC Day offering. Every soul deserves a chance to hear the gospel. And every Alliance person deserves a chance to help create gospel access for those who have not yet heard. Together, we can do so much more!
