Bill GiovannettiBill GiovannettiSenior Pastor of Redding Neighborhood Church, will be speaking in the breakout session. Bill is a veteran pastor, the author of eleven books, and a professor of Biblical ministry and studies.

Bill has established a reputation for speaking to the mind in ways that touch the heart. He enjoys delivering God’s Word with both depth and practicality. He aims to encourage instead of tear down. He strives to free others from guilt, shame, and legalism, and help them discover life and love through God’s amazing grace.

Dr. Ron Walborn's Workshop on Grieving:

Grieving is an essential spiritual discipline for dealing with life’s losses. If we fail to grieve properly, we are robbed of our future and our present by the inability to leave the past behind. This seminar addresses the difficulties with the grieving process and charts a path forward for regular grieving as an essential spiritual discipline.

Encounter Housing:

Due to the Camp Fire, housing accommodations in the Chico area are very limited. Please reserve your hotel asap. For more info, visit our housing page.

The local YWAM Base at Richardson Springs (on the north end of Chico) is prepared to offer accommodations for Monday and Tuesday nights only on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested, please mark this on the registration form and we will get you connected. The cost for 2 nights + 2 breakfasts is $117/person. You can also email info@ncchico.org to reserve your spot.

We do know that currently there are no vacancies in local AirBNB's so that may not be an option.

Lastly, if you are in need of housing, we may have a few Neighborhood Church families with open rooms/beds. Many of our beds are filled with Camp Fire survivors, but let us know your needs and we will help find accommodations.
